The sole purpose of this "label" is to serve as a catch-all for early to mid-90s -- occasionally later -- label-less Madacy releases. "Madacy Records" is a name one will rarely, if ever, find printed on a release.
It is not to be used for later releases with actual imprints (such as Madacy Entertainment or Madacy Special Products, usually on the back and on the disc) and a generic "Madacy" logo (with or without text, usually on the spine).
On releases that can be filed here, the following may often be seen on the back cover:
Made in Canada
Distributed by the Madacy Music Group, Inc. (or alternatively Madacy Entertainment Group, Inc.)

or
