Annotation
This version of this concert bootleg is about one minute longer than the three other releases. Which means this must be a fourth, distinct, bootleg.
(I'm still doing research on the details of this particular release.)

The most distinguishing feature is that the top of the CD is silkscreened bright pink. There is also a third printed sheet in the booklet, and the CD Tray (U-Card) has the "3DD Records" logo printed on it.
The other release of "Closer To Heaven" here in the MusicBrainz database (and the one I physicaly posses) does not have the top of the CD printed with anything other than some black text. Most of the surface area in unprinted, so you can see the iridescent CD surface from the top. (And bottom, but the player needs to see that, so... you know what I mean.)
